Do you ship nationwide?

Yes—AutoFit Supply ships to most U.S. addresses. Available methods and rates are shown at checkout.

When will I get tracking?

As soon as your order ships, we email tracking details. You can also check your order status from your account (if you created one at checkout).

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If the order hasn’t shipped yet, contact support right away and we’ll do our best to update it. Once a label is created or the package is in transit, changes may not be possible.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO?

Some items and carriers can’t deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If an option isn’t available at checkout, choose a street address or contact support for help.

What about oversized or hazardous items?

Certain parts (e.g., large body components or items with shipping restrictions) may require special handling. Any limitations or additional fees will be shown at checkout when applicable.

What if my package is delayed or marked delivered but missing?

Start by checking tracking details and your delivery area. If you still can’t locate it, contact us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.

Returns & refunds

We want you to feel confident ordering online. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.

What’s your return window?

Most new, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging with all included parts and documentation.


How do I start a return?

Contact our support team with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return label.


Are there any non-returnable items?

Some items may be non-returnable (e.g., clearance items, special-order parts, or items that have been installed/used). If a product has return restrictions, it will be noted on the product page or at checkout.


When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.


What if I received the wrong or damaged item?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
